What is creative therapy?
A form of therapy that does not require talking and uses resources like drawing, painting, music, roleplaying, clay-making, strategic games and sometimes the outdoors to explore difficult emotions, behaviour patterns and trauma in a safe, non-judgemental space.

A little about me
Combining the creative techniques and talking work can be so freeing for adults. It means you don’t have to talk if you don’t want to; you can squish playdoh, build Lego, scribble on paper or walk on the beach while you work out your thoughts and feelings in a physical way. My therapy sessions are about having a completely different headspace to be in so you can find the life you want to live.
The sessions are definitely helping her. She’s had a perkier spring to her and she is sleeping better.
Parent of year 9 child.
